Most projects combine several of these. An extension needs groundworks, brickwork, a structural opening and a kitchen at the end of it. Having one company responsible for all of it is what keeps the standard consistent from start to finish.

From structural works and first fix through to the finishing details, our experienced trades work together to deliver every element of your project to the same high standard.

Structural alterations Load bearing walls out, steel in, signed off properly. Garage conversions Turning a cold, damp garage into a room you would actually sit in. Kitchen renovations Strip out to finished, including the walls you want moved. Bathrooms and shower rooms Full refits, ensuites and downstairs cloakrooms. Brickwork and building works Brickwork, blockwork, repairs and the matching that makes them invisible. Roofing and structural repairs Leaks, rotten timbers, guttering and the damage a leak leaves behind. Groundworks and external works Foundations, drainage, bases and levels. The part nobody sees. Landscaping, patios and driveways Patios, paths, driveways, levels and the odd garden structure.

You get in touch, and you get a reply

WhatsApp is easiest, because photographs and drawings go straight over and stay in one thread. We will ask a few questions and arrange to come and look.

The visit

Charlie comes out to see the property

Not a five minute walk round. We look at access, at what the walls are doing and at where the drains run, then talk through what is realistic for the budget you have in mind. If the idea will not work, we say so on the day.

Quotation

A detailed written quotation

You will receive a detailed written quotation setting out the full scope of works, what is included and any exclusions. Where drawings, a structural engineer or Building Control fees are needed, we will make clear whether they sit inside the quotation or are dealt with separately.

On site

The build, with the same team throughout

You are told the week before we start and kept updated each week after that. Site sheeted up, tools away and swept at the end of each day. If we find something unexpected, you hear about it the same day and in writing.

Handover

Sign off, clean up and snagging

Building Control sign off where the project needs it, waste taken away, and a snagging walk round together. We then come back and clear that list.
