We use WhatsApp as our primary communication platform, providing a clear written record and allowing information, photographs and updates to be shared efficiently between our clients, office and site team.
Second
Email or the form
A useful alternative for longer enquiries, documents or project information where email is more convenient.

Phone
If we are on site we may not be able to answer straight away. Leave a message and we will come back to you, though WhatsApp is generally the easiest first contact.
Please do not use Facebook Messenger
We post our projects on Facebook, but we do not monitor Messenger and enquiries sent there get missed. Use WhatsApp and you will get an answer.

Where we work
Based in Milton Keynes and working across the surrounding areas. Where a site visit is required, we will arrange a suitable appointment based on the project and current availability.
When we reply
Most WhatsApp messages are answered the same day, often within a couple of hours. Message late in the evening and you will hear from us in the morning. If something is urgent, ring rather than message.
